I hereby release, waive, acquit, indemnify, and forever discharge Courtnay Francis, LLC dba Courtnay’s Crystals, their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, law suits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and/or costs, or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have arising out of or relating to actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Courtnay Francis, LLC dba Courtnay’s Crystals as a result of the advice given by Courtnay Francis, LLC dba Courtnay’s Crystals or otherwise resulting from the relationship.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required in the event that you must cancel your scheduled session. I understand that extenuating circumstances arise, so please contact me immediately if you find that you cannot attend a scheduled session at hello@courtnayscrystals.com. Session absences are excused in the case of a true emergency which include deaths in the family, serious accidents, serious illness, or hospitalization. Otherwise, session absences are not deemed an emergency and rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
